As leaders, mental health & wellbeing is one of the hardest topics to talk about openly. We’re afraid that it will hurt our credibility, and because we don’t share what’s going on, we can feel intensely alone and isolated.
Just like anything in life, the first step to facing a problem is being aware that there is a problem in the first place.
The best, healthiest leaders are the most self-aware.
That’s why I’m so excited to have a woman on the show this week who is an expert in the Enneagram. The Enneagram is one of my favorite tools for developing self-awareness.
Liz Orr is a campus minister at my alma mater, Wake Forest University. She also speaks on the Enneagram and has a viral Instagram page where she shares Enneagram related humor.
